No profile and device management in general setting, just missing

We've seen this on a few apps here we use for .IPA via iTunes installs or from Hockey for testing.

When the app is installed, we get the general message about untrusted developers. However when I go to Settings > General, neither profile nor Profiles & Device management are listed. Every now and then, it just starts working.


The application obviously needs a trust profile accepted, and there shouldn't be any issues with the app I know about because it archives, signs, and exports correctly for Hockey upload. Delete/reinstall and reboot has no effect.


Ideas?
