Have you ever experienced like Magic Mouse 2 got heat up and lost connection while using?
I always use safe apple adapters to recharge my Mouse and everything works fine before this.
I have no idea what is going on.
Can you guys please give me some advice?

and I just asked a group of users I support all with MM2's who said no as well.
are you using an Apple cable and if you are using power to a plug is at an Apple OEM charger?
We use USB ports on the computer with the OEM cable, and 8 people did not report this to me.
If you can take the mouse into an official Apple store, they will test it for you free of charge. An Authorised store may charge. If it is less than 12 months old it is warrantied for 12 months or if it was bought at the same time as a computer and covered by Apple Care, the limit then is three years.
Take both the cable and the mouse with you and the box if it is still on hand. That establishes its serial number. A copy of the receipt is also helpful.
Yes I use Original Apple cable to charge MM2.
And I am not sure Apple covers warranty for MM2 , it is still in warranty period though.
