Are you talking RAM (Random Access Memory) or physical storage space of your iPad Pro 9.7?
The answers to both of these is no.
You would need to purchase a new iPad Pro.
As stated NO.
FYI, there is no hard drive on iPad/iPhone/iPod touch.
