I can log on to my apple ID, but once I am logged on, I get only a blank page.
- Refreshed the web page... nothing
- Tried Chrome Browser (this was the first browser I tried)... same result
- Tried Firefox Browser... same result
- Tried Safari Browser... same result
I continue to get a blank web page.
MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS 10.12.5

just got off with phone with AppleCare. Seems to be a problem they are trying to straighten out. They were even more surprised when it didn't work on mobile safari either (apparently it had been working as stop-gap measure).
Same issue here. I've tried it on 3 different browsers, my iPhone, and a PC. All with the same result. A blank screen.

Same problem. Have also been getting icloud password prompts all day on my phone
"https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage" give a blank web page
