Apple ID website wont load

If you have tried reaching that site with different computers and devices and the same result then I would be concerned about your ISP, network, or router interfering. Try connecting to a different network like at a library or friends house and see if it works from there. If it does, then start investigating what is causing the bad page loads on your network.

In particular, you may want to disable any security software that is built into your router, or even update the firmware on your router. Also try changing your router's DNS settings to the IP addresses listed at the very bottom of the OpenDNS page (Cloud Delivered Enterprise Security by OpenDNS), or even Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Also check that your router is not set to use a proxy through your ISP. These are just a few things that you might try.

One tool that may help for diagnostics is to right click the empty area of the page in Chrome and choose "Inspect". Then, reload the page and look at the "Console", "Network", and "Security" tabs for errors that might indicate why the page is not loading. When loading "https://appleid.apple.com/" I get no errors whatsoever in either "Console", "Network", and "Security" tabs -- as expected. If you see errors, post them and maybe we can help diagnose the issue.

Check your cookie settings in Chrome and also disable any blocking extensions that you are using that may be interfering with the page load.
