"Service Battery" appearing on new battery

Hi guys,6 months ago I changed the battery of my macbook pro 13 'Retina of 2013 running Mountain Lion. I imported a new one from Germany: https://pc-laptop-center.com/Notebookzubehoer/Notebook-Akkus/Akku-Battery-Apple- MacBook-Pro-13-Retina-A1425-A1437-020-76…This week, after 6 months of use and 18 cycles, the battery is not charging fully and has started "Service Battery: The battery isn’t functioning normally, and you may or may not notice a change in its behavior or the amount of charge it holds. Take your computer in for service. You can continue to use your battery before it’s checked without harming your computer."

Can someone help me?

Hi,

It appears the battery is malfunctioning and needs replacement. Hopefully it is under warranty.

Also, any reason you're still on Mt. Lion? It has not received security updates, or Safari and other updates, for quite awhile now, leaving you vulnerable online, and eventually with a Safari and iTunes which will not work in some situations....
