My real question is how to print duplex. For example, after I print the odd pages, is there a command that will prevent me from reshuffling all the pages manually and reinserting them in my printer (which doesn't have a duplex function.) Can I take the stack of printed odd pages and have the even ones begin printing from the end rather than from the beginning?

Actually, I learned that under the print command, it's pretty easy to print duplex. I had called Apple support about wanting to print Keynote slides with presenter notes in portrait, and was told the function wasn't supported. However, under the Keynote button on the print command, Page Attributes lets you select portrait or landscape.

Then, also under Keynote, Paper Handling lets you select odd or even pages only. You print and collate odd pages, then you can select reverse under Page Order to let you print even pages on the backs of the odd pages without having to reshuffle and end up with useful workbooks, in portrait, printed front to back.
