FileVault is Preventing me to backup with Carbonite, does anybody know a fix? im using a macbook pro and im running it in Sierra.

Use Carbon Copy Cloner. I've been using it for years with FV enabled, never a problem. Create a bootable backup with it to always be ready for a HD failure.
What is a carbon copy cloner? where can i find how to do it? thanks

Another option if you want an online backup is Mozy. I've used it for years with FileVault (currently with Sierra) with no problems. http://mozy.com/product/mozy/personal
