HELP Iphone 6 screen random colors

At first it started with some red lines covering most of the screen. Now it depends on what is shown on the screen, it sometimes fixes by itself for like 10 mins, then it goes back to random colors. It does not show problems with the touch screen, just what is shown in the pictures below

iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.2

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality

Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.

If this doesn't work, restore your device.

If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Hi

This is a hardware fault iPhone needs to be replaced make an appointment at Apple store.

They may offer you An out of warranty replacement you will need to pay part of the cost.
