Can you lock the iphone settings?
My son keeps turning off the location services on his phone so that I cannot see where he is. Is there a way to lock the settings feature on his phone?
Yes, you do this on his iPhone, and no he won't be able to change it back.
You can set up restrictions, and when you do, you'll be required to create a passcode. don't give him this passcode, and he won't be able to access Restrictions to turn them off.
