Yesterday i bought my new iPad Pro 10.5 . I want to use it with my Logi Base but it does not working i try it 30 times and only one time my ipad start charging after 2 minutes . My old 9.7 pro charge every time.
have someone same problem ?
option 1. new ipad will not work with logi base or 2. my iPad 10.5 have a broken smart connector.

I have the same problem after updating to IOS 11. I did get an error message about incompatible protocol ( don’t remember the exact wording).
I have two of these units.
Unit 1: Works just as well as it did with my iPad 9.7 Pro.
This unit also prompted me for a smart connector accessory update and updated.
Unit 2: Does not work at all with the 10.5 Pro.
Can't get this unit to update since it won't connect. Going to try using a different iPad Pro to get the unit to update and see if it fixes anything.
If the new iPad wont charge at all, it's option 2. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support
