My Safari looks different on my iPhone.

Hello guys, I noticed that my safari looks different than before, the blue font is not the same, the color is light blue, is Apple usually updating its app like safari even if I've updated to iOS 10.3.2 already since the final released last May 15?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.5)
