how do I clear caches and cookies?

Oddly, yes. It doesn't work as straight-forward as it should. Usually, you have to clear the cookies, then quit Safari. Launch Safari again. If cookies are still present, clear them again and close Safari. They should be gone after that.

I am still seeing some cache data after I click on Privacy, Click on Manage Web Site Data. Click the button to Remove All in Safari Preferences

Is this normal?
