It is very easy for it to get unlocked. But, all your media,photos ,music etc will get erased. All you need is a laptop (Apple works best) and plug on your phone. On the computer, open up I tunes. Then back to your phone, press the sleep button and the home button at the same time. Don't let go after you see the apple logo. Finally you will see the I tunes logo and a charger on the screen. When you are on I tunes, there will be a pop up that says either to restore or update. Press restore. It will reset your phone and your pass code. If this doesn't work try again.
