I want to unlock my iPhone and my phone is paid full and i have no contract

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.3.1

See this support document. How to unlock your iPhone - Apple Support


You need to contact the carrier the device is locked to, see if they provide unlocking services, and if you qualify. Only the carrier holding the lock can authorize the unlock.
