1.35V or 1.5V Mac Mini (late 2012) RAM voltage?

I'm thinking of upgrading Mac mini RAM. My Q is about voltage. I have been provided with two options of 1.35V and 1.5V.

Which one to buy?

The bigger the better? Is it applicable to voltage here too?

According to Crucial memory advisor 1.35V is recommended.

Crucial, and OWC. are both reliable vendors.

Either can be used, 1.35v is to be preferred, lower voltage = less wasted heat.
