I cant pair my iwatch and its stuck on the apps

Hi guys... im using iphone6s in IOS10... i cant pair my phone with my watch... any solution for my problem??

When it ask me to update while pairing i clicked.. than it become the second image telling me watch os2.1 your software is up to date... and my watch screen will appear like image4... i press the site button also nothing change... when i press the left top cancel on the watch apps thn it state like image3 asking me wanna exit update or continue..... i've been waiting for whole day.. but nth change..

i have tried to reset the watch and also turn on and off my phone...

help!! How to fix this problem!!
