App icons showing a target/bullseye on a white background

I tried to update a few apps but they stoped updating and got stock so I tried to delete and reinstall them. They don't want to be deleted and and now show a weird icon.

Hi,

You may need to free up storage space.

Settings > General > About > Available

And make sure your iPhone up to date in Settings > General > Software Update

I don't think that is the issue because the total size of the two apps are roughly 100mb and I have roughly 800 mb available.

Sparklepire,

You should always try to have about 10 percent of your total storage available. Otherwise you will constantly run into strange issues like this.
