WiFi, GPS and bluetooth not working good

My iphone 6 is having problems with wifi, bluetooth and gps. My wifi connection now is more slow and drops easily in a short distance. My bluetooth does the same. Also my GPS does track my location, but doesnt move along when I am driving or moving. I tried everything like

-Doing a network reset

-Doing a total reset and restore in my phone

-Doing reboot my phone two times.

- Checking and unnistalling third party apps

I was thinking this might also be my antenna. What should I do?

Hello TomvR13,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about your iPhone. You have completed great troubleshooting so far. At this point, I recommend calling AppleCare for help.

You can contact AppleCare using this link: Contact - Official Apple Support

You can also visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple Retail Store. Please find a location using this link: Apple Find Locations

Thanks and have a great day.

Hey,

Sounds very much like what happened to my device - also a 6. No problems for a couple of years, until suddenly it couldn't maintain any wifi connection. Even when I sat next to hub, signal weak. GPS also deserted me, no tracking journeys or pinpointing current location. I took all the steps you've mentioned: Network settings reset, data removal, until finally I accepted my fate. Deleted & Reset to factory settings. Begrudgingly I acknowledged if it had to be done to sort the prob, so be it. Restarted phone. Restored etc. Connected to WiFi and....same sodding fault.

Apple Support weren't able to tell me exactly what, or why, this happened. But advised me it that I had an issue with the hardware - mercifully all of my data I'd backed up was fault free - I checked to be sure by wiping the handset again, and this time not restoring but rebooting as new device. Connected to WiFi...and yup no cigar. Knew I was out of warranty, Apple confirmed replacement would be needed.

Claimed on my insurance, have another 6. Financial cost the excess, and all the bloody data bolt ons I'd been forced to add. But it was my soul that paid a higher price; The constant, burning rage. The frustration. The bitter despair and self pity. The harsh reminder of the unfairness of life. Plus some messages, pics etc that can't be retrieved.

Wish this wasn't bad news - or that your issue is different. Either way, you have my sym

I recently/currently have the same problem with my iPhone 6. After all the trouble shooting with Apple support, I was asked to visit the Genius Bar. There, I was told it was a hardware problem and tough luck. A 2.5 year old phone having hardware problems? I'm now challenging Apple and their quality. But not to worry...for only $389 the Apple store would happily replace my 2.5 year old phone considering it was a hardware problem. So nice of them to make an inferrer product and offer to sell me a replacement to correct their hardware problem. After asking about repair, they stated that it was not possible because "they don't have the ability to isolate the hardware".
