Hi,
I´m running iTunes 12.6.1 on a Mac with OS10.11
I can´t find a suitable view to edit albums ratings anymore, I can see them with a custom song view but can´t touch them. In some older version, not too long ago, album ratings were visible by the album artwork and I was able to change them, but I can´t find that option any longer.
Does anyone knows how?

Just tried that, but it does not show me the album ratings, only the ¨like/not like/ heart.

Try iTunes > Preferences > General > Show: Star Ratings.

Use the Songs view, set to always show album artwork, then make the artwork column wide enough to show the album rating to the right of the image.
