I clicked the wrong option in Mail. I told it I didn't want to use mail drop and in fact, I do (and I asked it to remember my decision...) . How do I changed this decision?

In Mail go to Preferences > Accounts and then select your respective account and on the bottom it says use Mail Drop.

Remove an attachment
In the Mail Message window, click the Remove icon 
next to the attachment’s filename.You can only remove an attachment before you send the message.
Ive done that. I can't get the mail drop to send from my exchange account. Is this possible? I have my iCloud account enabled, but I want the email to come from my work account when attaching large files.
Mail/Preferences/Accounts/iCloud/Account Information and check the box Send large attachments with Mail Drop.
