Syncing iPod shuffles to an iCloud account from a phone

What is going to be best for this, is create a new user account for each girl, that way they can log into iCloud and iTunes respectively.

Then you can help them sync with each account. If there music is all on your account from CD's or downloads other then iTunes then you have to move them. If they are all iTunes purchases. Use this link

Need a little more info, Are you and her sharing a iTunes account? If so then you can choose which music syncs over.
