Screen capture, how to?

Hi folks!

To skip a pronounced use of hours in search engine by google, which free iOS screen capture to choose which you use? Do not need a hyper modern version of an app, but it should be able to produce video capture of screen in AVI or MOV, full HD quality format. My experience from the A-Z screen recorder (Android version) is that this app demanded huge amounts of computing power, but for honest my search would be similar, but in the iOS platform.

The screen capture app has to be free of watermark notice and without limited time for recording.
