Apple watch freezes and won't let me stop it when BOD on phone is done.

I have had my Apple watch disconnect while Beachbody On Demand app still works on my iphone but now two days in a row when my workout finishes on my phone the BOD app on my Apple watch has frozen and I cant get it to unfreeze which then logs me working out all day.

I suspect this is more of a BOD issue than an Apple Watch issue. But, having said that, you might try to force restart your Apple Watch and see if that helps:
