i just want to update Safari only, How can I do that?

No you cannot do that.

Safari is part of the macOS installation.

If there's an Safari update, you can get it in the Mac App Store.

To a limited degree you can download some versions of Safari.

[NOT GOOD ADVICE, but ... it is possible to download but not yet launch the Apple OS package containing the version of Safari you are seeking. Then open its contents and copy or extract or something just that component, to desktop or wherever.

Now I'm sure this method will produce an incomplete or worse product, but in desperation I have done such a thing in the past 20 years of using Mac OS.]
