Hello, so I would like to know who to get a verificatio code/recovery code.
The story is, my phone has broken and then I couldn't sign into my Apple ID to get a verification code as my iPhone was linked to give me it. I needed this so I could use my ipad to get messages but I was unable. I have read I can use a recovery code but how can I get that?

It will depend on the verification method you have enabled on your Apple ID.

"If you use two-step verification, you need to use your recovery key and a trusted device. And if you use two-factor authentication, you need a trusted device or trusted phone number to unlock your Apple ID."
