my phone want play through my aux in my range rover what do i need to do to my phone it plays when i un hook it

I have a iPhone seven plus I hook it to my adapter for the iPhone seven and into the aux and I get no sound but when I take it out I hear my music what do I need to do to hear it come out of my aux

If I'm understanding your post, you are using the lightning-to-3.5mm adapter to listen to content on your iPhone 7 Plus through the auxiliary connection in your Range Rover. However, when you connect the iPhone, you get no sound through the car stereo. I'd be happy to help!

First, make sure that your car stereo is turned on. If you have a case on your iPhone, remove it and see if there is any change. Make sure the adapter is connected firmly to the iPhone 7 Plus, and that your auxiliary cable is connected firmly to the adapter and your car's auxiliary port.
