Apple Watch Screen Going to Sleep

I have had my Apple Watch for a month or so, and when using it, the screen goes to sleep after a couple of seconds. It is almost like the watch thinks I have tilted my wrist and therefore the screen goes blank. Even when I tap the screen, a couple of seconds later the screen will go dark (even if I keep completely still). Any ideas?!

Hi


If the display is not remaining awake for as long as it should do, then the following steps may help (check after each before moving on, if necessary, to the next):


If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:


Restart both your iPhone and your watch:


Unpair and re-pair your watch:
