CommCenter Popup After Login??

Hey guys, I changed some passwords recently and my main login to my computer was one of them. Since I did that there is a CommCenter wants to use the "Local Items" keychain password popup which is my old password.

Its really annoying to have to have two logins now lol. Does anyone know how to get rid of this or why this even occurred?

I know there is a Keychain utility which i have navigated but have no idea what to do.
