Continous spinning synching circle with 2 arrow heads beside wi-fi top bar on iphone 6s

Just updated to latest iOS 10.3.2 and when I completed the update, I was getting this continuous spinning circle with 2 arrow heads right beside wi-fi symbol. How to fix it would be to "RESET NETWORK SETTING" in SETTINGS > GENEREAL > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTING

This now fixed the spinning wheel and it doesn't do it anymore. Hope this helps you!
