how to change region without credit card?
how can i change my region without choose a payment method? i don't have credit card and i don't see none option. what can i do now?

You won't see the 'none' option until you've entered valid payment details for your new country (asking for card details is a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in the country). If you are currently in the country that you want to change to (you have to be in a country to use its store) you could try contacting its Support and see if there is anything that they can do : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
