My iPad suddenly has this grayish screen that appears from the left and it blacks out. It is then rebooted. After about 5 to 10 minutes (not consistently) the same thing happenes again and again. Please help ASAP thanks.

I've fixed it.
Anyways thanks so much for your help.
this is a note to self for future reference.
1)Reset network settings in general>reset.
2)Turn off device by holding sleep/wake button.
3)Using an alcohol swab, clean the Lightning port and the USB port.
4)Plug the device to charge it overnight.
5)Turn on device. It should be working as normal now.

Try a reboot press the power button down on ipad don't let go & menu button hold both down until you see apple logo.
