Doubt on AASP

Hello guys,

Lets say I know someone who works at an Apple Authorized Service Provider and I learned that they repair Iphome using non original and sometimes even used iPhone parts, is there seomewhere I could fill a complaint? I don't think that Apple would approve their partner to use the exposure from Apple Support who send poeple to them, and then repair devices using cheap and faulty parts.
