I broke my phone and the insurance company wants me to turn off my find my iPhone. i log in to my i cloud account to turn it off using my mac but it appears that its off. so confused, please help.!!
i broke my phone, called the insurance company to have it replace i was told to turn of the find my iPhone on my icloud. I'm logged in to it but it appears that is off. the phone insurance still sees that find my iPhone is still on.. need help !! can't have it replace till i turn it off.
