Currently, there is no method to just disable the Invisible Ink effect in iMessages. Instead, to disable it you will need to disable all iPhone Messages effects, as follows:

Tap on Settings.
Tap on General.
Tap on Accessibility.
Tap on Reduce Motion.
Tap the switch on the right side of Reduce Motion to enable it. (This will disable iMessage effects in the Messages app.)
