Bootcamp without USB

I'm attempting to bootcamp my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), which should be able to bootcamp without a USB but when I launch the Bootcamp Assistant it prompts me to "select tasks". Why isn't it allowing me to bootcamp without a USB?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

No. 2013 Macs do not support OSXRESERVED on the internal disk (except the dustbin). See the Learn More section in How to install Windows on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support . It is copied here for your convenience. 😉

With OS X El Capitan 10.11 or later, these models use the internal drive to temporarily store what you need to install Windows, so you don't need a USB flash drive:

  • MacBook Pro (2015 and later)
  • MacBook Air (2015 and later)
  • MacBook (2015 and later)
  • iMac (2015 and later)
  • Mac Pro (Late 2013)
