I have to update my safari 9.0 browser on my MacBook Pro according to my bank. How and which one do I use?

Hi,
To upgrade Safari, upgrade the OS, as it comes as part of the OS. If you'll post exactly which MacBook Pro you have: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201300 I'll let you know which OS you can upgrade to; if it's Sierra, you can just go to the App Store and choose Updates, then click on Install for Sierra. If you can't upgrade to Sierra, you can probably upgrade to El Capitan: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206886
