Want to delete mobile sync files (30GB)

I have 'disk storage almost full' and have used omnidisc sweeper which shows I have 30GB of mobile sync. files.

Can I delete these files to free up the disc place please? I am a user not a programmer. Just trying to muddle through.

I recommend you open iTunes on your computer. Use iTunes' menu to go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices. Look at the device backups listed there and delete those you no longer need using the "Delete Backup" button.
