is it possible to change the folder colour and text colour with Sierra?

I've just moved to Sierra and I cannot see my folders so bright and the white text

is it possible to change the folder and text colour before I loose my eyes?

I tried the first one http://ekliptikz.deviantart.com/art/Snow-Leopard-Folder-Colors-162730433 but it doesn't work with Sierra, so I painted the folder using "changing colour" with Preview and copy on the top folder icon, but it doesn't work

very strange! Mac was fantastic because you could customise whatever you wanted, now only by paying...

I hope someone else come out with other ideas.

You can try these. I don't know if they still work in Sierra.

I use FolderBrander to change the colour of folders.
