how long does a factory reset take with itunes
I'm trying to reset to factory and I'm the process of doing that it just stops and don't move anymore

Before iTunes begins the restore process it will download the latest software for your iPhone. The expected time for this download can vary. To see how long the download is expected to take on your computer, click the down arrow in the upper- right corner of iTunes. If the download has completed but iTunes isn't restoring, follow the steps in the link below:
If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
If the behavior continues, provide any error messages you've received and any additional troubleshooting steps you may have tried.
