yahtzee scorecard help

Hi, I'm working on a yahtzee scorecard for fun, and I'd like to write a formula to automatically add the bonus, for anyone who knows the game.

Here's what I've got going on:

Right now, i have checkboxes that i manually check, and it automatically adds 35 points to the total.

If I could remove those checkboxes, and write a formula that essentially says if C:9= >62, C:10=35. and likewise C:10=0 if <63, or it can remain blank.

i just can't figure out how to write the formula.

Any help you can lend would be greatly appreciated,
