If you haven't already, restart your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
To remove the app, touch and hold the app on the Home screen until it starts to jiggle. Tap the X in the upper-left corner and press the Home button again.
