Hello Hizkil,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It's my understanding you'd like to remove an app that has been duplicated on your iPhone. I'm happy to help.
If you haven't already, restart your iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
To remove the app, touch and hold the app on the Home screen until it starts to jiggle. Tap the X in the upper-left corner and press the Home button again.
If the issue persists, please tell us any other troubleshooting steps you may have tried.
Have a wonderful day!
