Clips Export Failed

When I try to export my video from Clips I get this error.

I've tried restarting the app to no avail. Will uninstalling and reinstalling help?

I have lots of problems with the iCloud swap the app does. It's constantly loading from icloud -- even videos I've been working on just a minute or two earlier. Please update the app to be a little less aggressive about deleting cached videos. I suggest leaving media on the device for 24 hours after I've been editing the video.
