Apple Music New Annual Membership

I read that Apple music just starting offering an annual membership that is less expensive than monthly membership. I read that it's buried in the site, but its so buried that I can't find it. Ideas?

It seems you can only do this from your subscribed device and as a renewal.

The option is for individual memberships, and choosable from the same screen as the others. Click here for more information.

From Apple's website Apple Music - Membership - Apple there is no mention of any membership change. Not sure where you read this, but I don't see anything.
