Phone 5 iOS 10.3.2 All location services are enabled but I can't share my location: option is missing in messages details and there's no find my friends app on iPhone. AppStore says its installed but open button is disabled.

No, restrictions are ok everything is allowed ad restrictions are off.
I know that's answer for everything, but I believe, there's other solution... or you suppose that's sorta bug? And is healed by restore only?
