Just to check - you did actually join Apple Music on the trial so that you could download anything in the Store list without extra payment (I ask because occasionally people confuse Apple Music with purchasing in the Store).
If you've actually been accessing the Apple Music subscription it should of course show where you aren't see it, so at this point you should contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click 'iTunes & Apple Music' then 'Apple Music', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
