Safe Netscape Browser

If you use a "user agent spoofer" add-on in a modern browser to tell that ANCIENT Oracle AP website (good chance it is 'gullible') that you are using IE, it may work

I am spoofing MSIE 11 right now with Firefox > User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

Netscape hasn't been supported for the past 10 years, so using it isn't safe at all. There are downloads online if you search for Netscape but I'd be very wary of those downloads. Why in the world would you need Netscape?

Netscape was discontinued in 2008. I doubt there is a safe mirror for it, and using it would be unlikely to be safe either.
