I tried resetting network setting,iMessage,FaceTime,wifi,4G LTE , hard reset etc. But nothing worked for me.
I used the same sim card in other phone it is working fine. So the problem with I phone 7

I doubt this could be a problem with international code some countries use 00 as prefix country code instead of + . Because some messages I am getting. How is it possible to check?
