VoiceOver with Screen Curtain (accessibility features) may have become enabled.
If so, to turn off both features, follow one of these steps:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
Or, if the Accessibility Shortcut has been enabled and configured for VoiceOver:
- On your watch: quickly press the Digital Crown three times.
