Does apple car play work with C300 MBZ?

I just bought a new C300 Mercedes but the dealer says it does not support Apple Car Play. Does anyone know an aftermarket version I can buy?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.2

Alpine makes CarPlay compatible aftermarket head units for many types of vehicles.

No there is no after market apple carplay device available that fits c300. I have 2017 c300 too buy i regret getting it. I should have waited few more months cuz 2018 c300 has apple car play.
